William Elmer Burchfield, Jr.

William Elmer Burchfield Jr., age 70, of Sevierville, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. William was a Veteran, proudly serving in the U.S. Army. He was also very creative, making many crafts, such as handmade dreamcatchers. He was preceded in death by his son, Johnny Burchfield; parents, William and Rosalie Burchfield Sr.; brother, Ralph Burchfield; sister, Wanda Whitehead. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Julie Burchfield of Sebastian, FL; 4 grandchildren; brothers, J.D.(Becky) Burchfield of Walland, David Burchfield of Townsend; sisters, Sara Eads of Kingsport, Linda King of Sevierville. Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Walden's Creek Cemetery, 2796 Walden's Creek Road, Sevierville, with Military Honors. Family and friends will be leaving Dotson Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M., Saturday morning to go in procession to the cemetery.
