Phyllis Coleda (Cromwell) Myers

Phyllis Coleda (Cromwell) Myers, age 93, transitioned to her heavenly home on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.  Raised in Townsend, Phyllis shared her earthly home in Maryville with her husband, Cam P. Myers (deceased May 5, 2016).  After graduating from Townsend High School and Knoxville Business College, Phyllis enjoyed a long career with Blazer Insurance as head secretary.

Phylllis was also preceded in death by her parents, Arthur  and Elsie (Effler) Cromwell; brother, Jimmy Cromwell, Sr.; sister, Judith “Sugie” Inman; nephew, Ricky Cromwell.

Known for quick wit and easy laughter, Phyllis’  generosity and kindness is the legacy she leaves with brother, Bill Cromwell;  nieces and nephews, Billy Cromwell Jr., Pat Cromwell, Pam Kitts, Jimmy Cromwell Jr.,  Danny Cromwell, Rob Inman; and many beloved great nieces and great nephews.
