Patrick Douglas Yocum, age 65, of Loudon, formerly of South Bend, IN, died unexpectedly Monday, June 13, 2016 at Parkwest Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Pamla Sue Zagajewski Yocum. He is also survived by sisters, Cynthia Pankiw, Christine Vandenburg and Melanie Sulok. No local ceremonies are scheduled at this time.
