Patricia Ann Prettyman

Patricia Ann Prettyman joined the angels in heaven and adjourned her final earthly meeting on April 2, 2024 at the family home.

She was born in Dagsboro, Delaware on May 27, 1946, to her parents Roland and Marian (Magee) Steele.

Patricia loved dirt track and NASCAR racing, baseball and college football. She enjoyed going to fairs, diamond painting, casinos, country music concerts and loved the Dennis Lee Band. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Melvin Prettyman, parents Roland and Marian Steele, brothers, Ronald and Wayne Steele, niece, Michelle Naranjo, grandchildren, Lauren Miles, Michele Prettyman, Brendon Prettyman, and daughter in-law, Brenda Larimore.

She is survived by her daughter, Joann Prettyman, who will now take the gavel, her son, John Wayne Prettyman and his wife, Sharon Prettyman. Her grandchildren, especially Chad and Kirsten; 16 great grandchildren, two nephews, four special great nieces and two special great nephews. She was a Mimi to four special children, her sister-in-law, Louise and three care givers, Nancy, Sue, and Wilma.
