Mary Geneva Lewelling, age 89, of Wildwood, died Monday, January 10, 2022 at the family home surrounded by loved ones. She was a member of McMahan Baptist Church, where she was involved in the music ministry. She was a devoted mother and grandmother; adoring her kids and grandkids. She loved to be outside, whether it be working in her flower beds, fishing, or taking trips.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Billy Lewelling Sr.; grandsons, Eric & Dustin Lewelling; great grandson, Scotty Richardson; parents, Commodore and Emma Whaley; brothers, James, Robert, and Osten Whaley; sister, Juletty Branch
Survivors include her son, Bill (Madonna) Lewelling Jr.; daughters, Joyce (Larry) Brackins, Betty Monroe; 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; brother, Glenn (Nancy) Whaley; and her loving dog, Suzy.
