Louise Smith Obituary

Louise E. (Simonds) Smith 89 of Palmetto, FL formerly of North Easton MA passed away on August 30th and is now in the presence of Jesus her Lord & Savior along with her late husband Robert A. Smith. Born in Weymouth, MA the daughter of the late Willard T. and Viola (Sherman) Simonds She graduated from Weymouth H.S. in 1947 and then went to business school and worked for a time in insurance Her life changed when she met and married the Love of her life "Smitty" and began to raise a family in North Easton MA Along with her husband and family the most important thing in her life was her Faith in God. Anyone who knew Louise was aware of her desire to Pray for and Minister to everyone she met. She was a Deaconess at one time and taught a Bible Study in Elderly housing in Quincy MA for several decades. Everything Louise did to the best of her ability and to God's Glory. Her motto was "All things are of God and All Thing are for our sake." She was predeceased by her siblings, Willard Simonds, Eleanor McKim, Robert "Bobby" Simonds & Elaine Patt She is Survived by her son, Jeffrey (Valerie) Smith of Bradenton FL; daughter, Beth (Tim) Kayfus of Louisville TN; sister, Brenda Pickett of Whitman MA; four Granddaughters, Lauren Smith of Bradenton, FL, Hannah (Steven) Dismuke of Cookeville TN; Emily Nelson, Amy Nelson, both of Louisville TN She will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery Bourne MA, alongside her husband Robert who was a Veteran of the Navy Reserve.
