Lois Jean (Nuchols) Maples

Lois Jean Nuchols Maples, age 96, of Maryville, passed peacefully at home into the arms of her savior on Monday, December 25, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Maples; 3 sisters, 6 brothers.

Survivors include her sons, Alan Nuchols, Steve Nuchols (Susie), Larry Nuchols (Patsy); daughters, Kathi Whitaker (Landon), Linda Smith (Jessie); sisters, Patsy Lane (Bob), Marcella Valasco, Ruth, Whittaker; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, special daughter-in-law, Debra Nuchols.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12 Noon, Friday, December 29, 2023 at Freedom to Worship Church, 2013 Old Knoxville Pike, Maryville with Pastors Steve Nuchols and Charlie Lambert, officiating. Interment will follow at Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens, Pigeon Forge.
