Julie-Linn Spang

Julie Linn Spang, age 62, of Wildwood, died Monday, August 3, 2026, at UT Medical Center.

Julie worked as a social worker in group homes for individuals with disabilities. She cared about others and was dedicated to helping those in her care. She had a special love for animals and enjoyed spending time in the mountains. Even when faced with health challenges, Julie stayed busy and made the most of each day.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Spang; father, Gordon Spang; and mother, Joy Spang.

Survivors include her dear friend, TJ Harris; brother, Chris Spang; nephews, Zack Spang and Josh Spang; and her beloved pets, dogs Emma, Kobe, Jjoey, Rylie, and Roscoe; and cat Charity.
