Joyce A Yates

Joyce A. Yates, age 58, of Greenback, went to be with the Lord June 1, 2020.

Joyce was a light of love and hospitality, accepting all with open arms and an open heart. And while she had 5 children, she extended her love beyond family boundaries, so much so, that many accepted her as their adopted parent. She loved cooking, word puzzles, and Mahjong, but what she loved most was the time she spent with family.

She is preceded in death by her Son, Michael Kirkland,

Survivors include her Husband, Clid Yates, Daughter and Son-in-law, Jason and Amanda Herrell, Step Daughters, Alicia Yates, and Crystal Alman, and  Step Son, Christopher Yates, and her 14 grandchildren.
