John Charles Foxworthy, age 61, of Maryville, died on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
John was a hardworking and devoted man who built a successful career through his self-owned RV repair business. Known for his strong work ethic, quiet presence, and generous spirit, he earned the respect and loyalty of both his clients and his many friends.
He had a love for travel and found joy in going on trips, whether near or far. Though reserved by nature, John deeply valued his time with close friends and shared quiet moments of connection with those he cared for most.
Above all, John was a loving and comforting husband to his wife, Ninia. He did everything for her, always putting her needs before his own. His loyalty, compassion, and desire to help others were at the heart of who he was.
John had a special love for animals and a passion for football, both of which brought him comfort and enjoyment throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Jean Foxworthy.
Survivors include his loving wife, Ninia Foxworthy; his brother, Tony Foxworthy (Ann); and his sisters, Mary Lou Hatfield (Steve) and Dana Jane Mace (Terry); numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of life is being planned. Cremation Done Properly™ under the care of Dotson Funeral Home & Cremation, Wildwood. (865-984-5959)
