Harvey Ray McGill

McGill, Harvey Ray, age 84, of Rockford, passed peacefully on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Tennessee State Veteran’s  Home. 

Mr. McGill was a veteran, serving honorably in the US Army.  He was a member of Central Point Baptist Church.   Harvey was a  fun guy; he enjoyed practical jokes and making others smile, as well as gardening in his spare time. He and his wife, Wanda had been accomplished square dancers in years past. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Charles McGill; parents, David and Wilma McGill; daughter-in-law, Karen McGill.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Wanda Sue McGill; son, Phillip (Pam Dinwiddie) McGill; sister, Helen (Gene) Phelps; several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
