Harold Lloyd "Tip" Dockins Jr., age 64, of Seymour, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Tip was an avid fisherman and boater. He loved the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Elma Dockins, Sr.; brother, Bobby Dockins. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Dockins; son, Harold L. "Chip" Dockins III of Halls; stepdaughter, Kim (George) Clark of Seymour; grandchildren, Jordan and Emily Rose; step-grandchildren, Ashley, MJ, and Eric; brothers, Joe Dockins of Knoxville, Doug (Tammy) Dockins of Karns; sister, Marti (Bart) Fricks of Farragut; nieces and nephews, Bobby, Mandy, Jacob, Eric, Cheyenne, & Sarah.
