Douglas Arthur McHenry

Douglas  Arthur  McHenry, age 81, of Walland, died Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Asbury Place.

Mr. McHenry worked for GTE for 31 years, then AT&T.  He might be described as a workaholic by his family. He was a proud veteran, serving honorably in the USAF.   Douglas was a die hard Florida Gators fan for 50 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed camping, fishing, had a pilot’s license, and enjoyed flying. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruby McHenry.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, JoAnn McHenry; daughter, Angela Johnson (Bill Large); son, Steve Stump; grandsons:  Jake, Bryson, Tyler; great grandchildren, Traevin, Jayce, Bryce, Jacob.
