Doris Grace Thompson

Doris Grace Thompson, age 95, of Kodak, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at LeConte Medical Center. She enjoyed keeping a nice home and cherished her family and special outings. She also took great pride in the achievements of her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burlen Thompson; sisters, Mary and Margaret; brothers, Francis, Archie, and John. Survivors include her son, Burl (Helen) Thompson of Kodak; daughter, Delores (Dick) Imblum of Salisbury, NC; grandchildren, David Thompson, Michael Thompson, Deborah Eizenburg, Mark Imblum, Michelle Imblum; great grandchildren, Christopher, Kahleen, Elizabeth, David, Micheal, Maya, Morgan, Sophie; sister, Florence Hatton. No local ceremonies are scheduled. Entombment services will be at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Prince Georges County, Maryland next to her husband, Burl.
