Donald Dale Gualandi

Donald Dale Gualandi, age 79, died Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Blount Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 27, 1936 in Dalzell, IL, the son of Fred and Viola Ehrmann Gualandi. Don married Wanda L. Richards on November 6, 1965 in Rochelle; she preceded him in death on January 28, 2002. Later, he married Lynette Spoonmore, whom preceded him in death on October 27, 2015. He served in the U.S. Army, and then worked at the Rochelle Del Monte Canning Plant 115 until retiring in 1993. He is also preceded in death by his parents. Don is survived by his two sons: Michael (Becky) Stombaugh of Rochelle, IL, and John Stombaugh of Swifton, Arkansas; sister: Darlene (Glenn) Helling of Plano, IL, and five grandchildren: Misty (Chris) Lyon, Rachel (Joel) Berry, Michael (Jamie) Stombaugh II, Donald (Maria) Stombaugh and Jason Stombaugh; and many great grandchildren.
