David Michael Butler Sr., age 43, of Maryville, died Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Blount Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Marya Butler; daughter, Breanna Butler; sons, Michael Butler, Isaiah Carmley, Zachariah Carmley; father, James Frank Atkins; mother, Wanda Sue Butler sister, Tracy (Josh) Mitchell.
