Claude A. Miller Jr.

Claude A. Miller, Jr., was born on December 7, 1934 in Risco, Missouri to the late Claude Adolph Miller & Carrie Williams Miller. He departed this life on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 82. Claude A. Miller, Jr had been employed by John Deere. Mr. Miller attended the Cornerstone Church in Knoxville. He loved to play golf and was a member of the Malden (MO) Country Club. He served in the U S Navy form 1952-1955. He was united in marriage on October 29, 1952 in Paragould, Arkansas to Marilyn Corn Miller. She preceded him in death on October 23, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and sister: Patricia Dabbs. Survivors include his sons, Danny Miller and Mark Miller & wife, Sharon of Memphis, Tennessee. 2 Daughters: Robin Rolland & husband, Ben of Knoxville, Tennessee and Kelly Demster & husband, Randy of Frisco, Texas. 6 Grandchildren: Brad Rolland, Ragen Long, Kourtney Griffen, Lauren Page, Taylor Miller & Mackenzie Demster. 7 Great-grandchildren. Sister: Sheila Hawkins & husband, Charlie of Sikeston, MO. Several nieces & nephews. Interment will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
