Catherine Mary 'Kitty' Garrigan

Catherine Mary ‘Kitty’ Garrigan, age 91, of South Knoxville, died Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Williamsburg Villas. Kitty stayed very active and involved throughout her life; she was a National Parliamentarian, member of the League of Women Voters, as well as the Democratic Party and Toastmasters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Paul Garrigan and daughter, Laurie Jean McKowen.

Survivors include her sons, Daniel (Sonja) Garrigan, James A. Garrigan, Thomas (Beth) Garrigan; daughters, Nora (Daniel) Gainer, Holly Garrigan; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

The family would like to give a very special thanks to the wonderful people at Williamsburg Villas.
