Bobby Joe Keller, age 89, of Sevierville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Smoky Mountain Health & Rehab.
Bobby was a skilled auto painter who worked at several car dealerships throughout his life, taking great pride in his craft. He had a lifelong love for antique cars, especially Fords, and enjoyed restoring them whenever he could. In addition to cars, he also spent time restoring antique bicycles, a hobby that reflected his appreciation for classic workmanship.
He served in the United States Army as a driver in the motorpool, where he was entrusted as a General’s driver. Bobby was passionate about sports, particularly baseball, and was a devoted fan of University of Tennessee football and basketball.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Iris Keller; parents, Robert and Edna Keller; and stepfather, Lynn Knell.
Survivors include his niece, Jean McLemore (Randall); and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
