Billie Kay (Carper) Moore

Billie C. Moore,  age 75, of Walland, died Monday, January 1, 2024 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Slover (John)

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, The Rev. Moses Moore; sisters, Bonnie Hitch and Barbara Huddleston; nieces and nephews.
