Alma June (Blair) Flanagin

Alma "June" Blair Flanagin, age 86, of Maryville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born June 26, 1929. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Flanagin, son, Phillip Wayne Suttles; mother, Martha Dotson Blair; father, Arthur Henry Blair; brother, Clarence W. Blair; sisters, Burles N.A. Hicks, Verda M. Blair, Savannah Sue Coppenger, Charlotte Jane Jones; beloved pet, Bear. Survivors include her brother, James E. "Junior"(Lucille) Blair of Maryville; stepsons, Harold Curtis (Laverne) Flanagin, Ray (Linda) Flanagin, all of Walland; 13 grandchildren, beloved pet, Choo-choo; several nieces and nephews. And Special thanks to "Susie" for all you have done. Funeral ceremony will be 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in the Dotson Wildwood Chapel with the Rev. Doug White, officiating. Interment will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Grandview Cemetery, 1402 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M.
