Alice Marie Dorsey

Alice Marie Dorsey, age 66, of Maryville, died on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Blount Memorial Hospital.

Alice was a devoted and loving housewife who cherished every moment spent with her beloved husband, Darrell. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—reading love stories, sharing special moments with her granddaughter, and caring for her cherished dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke and Genevieve Brown; brother, Chuck Brown; and sisters, Brenda and Sue Brannon.

Alice is survived by her loving husband, Darrell Dorsey; sons, Michael Brown and Jason Dorsey; brothers, Wesley, Bobby, Jim, and David; sisters, Linda, Shirley, Connie, and Joyce; and her beloved granddaughter, Jaelyn.

A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2025, in the Dotson Wildwood Chapel. Cremation will take place afterwards.
